At CaseBang, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Securely pack your items in their original CaseBang packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
